These terms describe how e-devis.ch works and the rules for using it.

Contact the team

1. Service and contact

e-devis.ch is a Swiss platform connecting clients with independent companies. Contact: contact@e-devis.ch or the Contact form, for any question about the service or a purchase. The identity of the operator and its full contact details are given in the Legal notice.

2. Work requests

Clients provide accurate information and confirm they own the property or are authorised to request the work. Administration reviews requests before forwarding them.

3. Matching

Active companies are matched by their trades and the service postcodes they selected. No number of responses, response time or contract is guaranteed.

4. Company accounts

Companies must keep their trades, areas and contact details up to date. They are responsible for their qualifications, permits and commitments. Abusive accounts or content may be suspended or removed.

5. Prices and purchases

Requests are free for clients. Companies see the price before purchasing access to contact details using prepaid funds. Prices are in CHF; applicable tax treatment appears on the receipt. Payment or request errors can be reported through Contact for review.

6. Data and marketing

Relevant companies can access contact details only after purchasing access. Marketing consent is separate from the request and can be withdrawn without preventing its processing.

7. Responsibilities

Quotes and work contracts are agreed directly with the chosen company. e-devis.ch does not perform the work or guarantee its completion. Mandatory rights and the platform’s own liability, including for intent or gross negligence, remain unaffected.

8. Stock and collaboration

Companies are responsible for their listings and agreements. Publication fees are shown before purchase. e-devis.ch is not a party to material sales or collaboration contracts.

9. Content and changes

Publish only content you are entitled to use. Authors’ and owners’ rights remain reserved. The prices and terms displayed at purchase apply to that purchase; later changes do not amend it retrospectively.

10. Applicable law

Swiss law applies subject to applicable mandatory provisions. Jurisdiction is determined by legal rules; no fictitious place of jurisdiction is imposed.

11. Data protection

Your personal data is processed in accordance with the revised Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (revFADP). The e-devis.ch Privacy policy states what data is processed, who receives it, how long it is kept and how to exercise your rights: access (revFADP art. 25), rectification (art. 32), erasure, objection (art. 30 para. 2 let. b) and handover or transfer of your data (art. 28). A consent given may be withdrawn at any time. A request sent to contact@e-devis.ch is answered within thirty days. The site sets only technical cookies and uses neither advertising trackers nor audience measurement tools; the detail is given in the Cookie policy.
