Should cracks be assessed before painting is priced?
Report cracks, damp marks and previous repairs. Ask for the surface to be assessed and repairs to be priced separately; painting does not resolve their underlying cause.

No. The administration and authorised companies that have purchased access to your request can view the relevant contact details and documents. Do not include unnecessary sensitive information in your description.
