Do I need an exact drawing before requesting a quote?
A sketch and examples can explain your needs without serving as manufacturing drawings. Ask who prepares the final plans and how you will approve dimensions, use and finish.
Are my contact details and attachments public?
No. The administration and authorised companies that have purchased access to your request can view the relevant contact details and documents. Do not include unnecessary sensitive information in your description.
